Photography Course
Description: This course will teach kids the basics of photography and what makes a picture stand out. We will be assigning weekly photoshoots so the kids will be able to go out and photograph things and people they find interesting. Through this course, kids will see what tools professional photographers utilize to make their photos convey a message or feeling.
End Project: By the end of this course, everyone will have a collection of their favorite and most creative photographs in a portfolio where they can share their new photography skills!
Grades: 6th-8th graders

Vandana Mandala
Vandana is a junior at Wellesley High School. Experienced in both film and digital photography, Vandana has spent the last 3 years working with a camera. She has been passionate about photography since a young age and would love to teach your kids all she knows about photography!
